About Bimetallic Screw

Bimetallic screw are made by PTA welded of high performance alloy powder on screw surface, in order to offer better protection againist abrasion & corrosion of polymer processing, the well combined alloy can offer accpetable depth of protection layer compare to shallow thickness of nitriding. And alloy powder itself with corrosion-resistance performance to better protect from certain corrosion while plastic processing.
